These terms apply to your use of vatsayangroup.com (the site), which is run by Vatsayan Group ("we" or "us"). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
The site gives general information about what we do for businesses. Nothing is sold through it, and it takes no orders or payments.
Nothing on the site is an offer, a quotation or a commitment by us. Sending us an enquiry, and our reply to it, does not create a contract or oblige either side to do anything more.
Any work between us needs a separate written agreement signed by both sides. That agreement, not this site, then sets out what each side has agreed.
The institutions named on the site decide for themselves what they list, on what terms and for how long. Their processes and their timelines are their own, and they can change them.
We do not guarantee that any product will be listed, that any order will follow, or that anything will happen by a particular date. The stages, depots, figures and past work described on the site show how the channel has worked in our experience. They are not a promise of any result.
