Who we are

This notice comes from Vatsayan Group, which runs vatsayangroup.com. "We" and "us" below mean Vatsayan Group. Our corporate office is at 1338, 24 High Corporate Park, Plot No. D-225/226, TTC Industrial Area, Shiravane, Nerul, MIDC, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400706.

What we collect

When you write to info@vatsayangroup.com, we receive your email address and what you write, including anything in your signature or attached, such as your name, company, role or phone number.

Reading this site asks you for nothing. Our hosting provider handles the details every web request carries: your network (IP) address, the rough location it points to, your browser and device type, the page you asked for and the time.

We do not ask for sensitive details such as passwords, bank or card details, government ID numbers or health information. Please do not send them. This site is for businesses: if you are under 18, please do not send us your personal details.

Why we collect it

We use what you send only to reply to you.

We do not add you to a mailing list or use your details for advertising. Our hosting provider uses request details to serve the site and keep it running safely.

How long we keep it

We keep what you send for 24 months. Write to info@vatsayangroup.com to have it removed. We keep something longer only if the law requires it.

Request details are kept by our hosting provider under its own terms, not by us.

Who sees it

Your email is kept in our enquiry records and read by the people who answer enquiries.

Zoho hosts our mailbox, so email you send us is stored on its servers (Zoho's privacy policy (opens in a new tab)). Vercel hosts this site, so request details pass through its servers, which may be outside India (Vercel's privacy notice (opens in a new tab)).

We do not sell what you send, and we do not pass it to anyone else unless the law requires it.

Cookies and browser storage

This site sets no cookies, so it asks you to accept none. It runs no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

It keeps small notes in your browser's session storage: one so the opening animation plays once a visit, and one so the 3D scene on the home page is not tried again on a device where it could not run. They say nothing about you, are not sent to us, and go when you close the tab.

How we protect it

This site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and our mailbox is open only to the people who answer enquiries. If a breach affects what you sent us, we will tell you as the law requires.

Your rights

You can write to info@vatsayangroup.com at any time to ask us to:

• Tell you what we hold about you, what we have done with it and who else has handled it.
• Correct, complete or update it.
• Erase it, unless the law requires us to keep it.
• Stop using it. We then stop replying to that enquiry; what we did before you asked is not affected.
• Note the person you choose to act for you if you die or cannot act for yourself.

Write from the address you used with us, or tell us which one it was, so that we can find your details and know the request is yours. These rights follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and you can use them today.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about how we handled your details, write to info@vatsayangroup.com with "Grievance" in the subject line. We reply as soon as we can, and within one month at the latest.

If that does not settle it, you can take your complaint to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes, we post the new version here with a new date.
