Vatsayan Group has worked in India's institutional canteen networks since 1995: the same channel and the same institutions, through every change in their procedures. The people who run it today have spent their careers in FMCG and institutional sales.
SANGOSHTEE is the group's annual national gathering of channel partners, sales personnel and brand associates. A network that meets in person once a year works differently through the other eleven months.
The work runs on records, not recollection. Our own software tracks orders and invoices and reads CSD's monthly demand data depot by depot, so you can see what moved, where, and what is likely to be ordered next.
